Bluewater - Da Lat

Good place to kill a few hours when you don't have anything to do. WiFi is free(and working) and waiting staff won't bother you unless you need something. Sit by the lake side enjoy the view and relax..

Walked in off the street before reading any reviews. Nice location, great potential. An example of an opportunity squandered. Filthy tabletops, with cigarette butts, bits of food and, yes, even a soiled diaper underneath one. Staff were all gathered around their phones in a huddle by the bar as we entered (and left), apparently seeing no reason to greet us with a smile…or pick up a broom and mop and clean the terrace of all its refuse. Several patrons on the terrace were trying to flag down waiters to get their checks so they could leave.

There was a bug in our food. We had ordered 2 meals but they only brought out 1... the plate in the picture the food came out cold... service was really bad and slow... even the manager was an a**hole... he didnt even try to resolve or apologize.. he even tried to blame us for the bug

The quality of food is not like it use to be. Soup was very bland and soggy noodles. Very disappointed.

Let start with the good one. It's the only few restaurant open during Lunar New year and it's right beside the lake. Everything else was disastrous. Ordered a drink in pot and came in glass, upon clarifying then agreed to change but claim that we have to wait for another 30min. Food prices was around twice much than other restaurant in Dalat (1 dish around 200k) and the portion literally for children.
