Taco Bell - Cypress

The drive thru cashier didn't say a single word to me at the window.... it was just awkward. If I weren't the only one in the line, I would have liked to know at least what my total was so that I didn't accidentally buy someone else's lunch.

The lady in working the drive through was nice. But how long are you not.gonna have the only thing I want in stock? I know you have everything to make the Mexican pizza, so why can't I order it? Idc what the box says on it, or if it's even in a box at all. Very VERY aggravating.

This location has always been consistent. From accuracy, speed, CS, and fast food quality. If you live in the area or frequent the area, go to this location and not the new one on Telge. Night and day difference. Good job to whoever manages this location.

Friday 10:20 pm, great crew, excellent customer care! My order was incorrect and immediately the taco bell team apologized and the order was redone right away. Great and friendly team.

Placed a mobil order and arrived in about 10 minutes. Soon as I get to the speaker I’m told my order was already picked up. I proceed to tell them I have the order number and everything on my phone and they finally decide to remake it. Guy at the window had an attitude for no reason and tells me the soda machine is down. I get home and my entire order is wrong. I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to another location before I come here again.
