Great food! This was our first time ordering and they nailed it. Check this place out for your local Cajun food! The beignets are to die for!

Drive up for some cajun goodness! Although this is a drive-thru food truck, you still have to wait 15-20 minutes for your food.. which proves they make things fresh and this isn't your typical fast food! Friendly workers, and various menu options for even those who don't like seafood. Boudin balls are stuffed with pepperjack cheese for a creamy, flavorful surprise. Fresh french bread for the po-boys. We received a couple things incorrect on our order, but mistakes happen and we are ready to come back again! Excited to try beignets next time.

Had the boudin balls on Saturday, they were amazing! Can’t wait to go back for more and to try the shrimp!!

2nd time I purchased poboys from Poppa’s was yesterday. Our order consisted of 3 poboys a crawfish basket. The 1st time I had these poboys, the yummy bread from Gambino’s bakery made the sandwich one of the best I’d had in Texas. Unfortunately, yesterday, 2 of the poboys had the Gambino’s bread but mine had a different bread that tasted like it was a day or 2 old. I was very disappointed!
