Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cypress

After about five minutes, I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. I explained what had happened, and she told me to come back for a replacement sandwich. I informed her that I had already left and requested a refund instead. She responded that she couldn't do that, saying that she could only offer me a new sandwich. I reiterated that I couldn’t return and just wanted my money back, but she firmly said no. No one assisted me in getting a refund. The cashier’s lack of professionalism was unacceptable, and I believe he should be fired for his poor service.

Do not come here ! they ain't got no sauce smh had to pull a run to the whataburger next door on my momma shut out to whataburger no sauce no mac&cheese no spicy chicken no ketchup no nuggets no pickles no notin on my momma like frs they aint even got change for a dollar and they had only one soda flavor gahhhh damn. disappointed asf

This Popeyes is becoming impossible. I know it's fast food, what kind of service should I reallly be expecting right? But come on. They make you wait to order at the speaker then you pull up to the window and they start telling you everything they're out of. I'm just not understanding. This location is going down. Doesn't matter what time of day it is, they're going to be lacking something.

I really don't understand why it takes so damn long in that line. 30 minutes just to get to the part to place your order in the drive through. I was the third car.... It's absolutely ridiculous.
