I will definitely come back for it ??.we also had the pork banh mi sandwich which was also good.lots of unique and different items on this menu I'll be back to try.
A really cute spot for a date night. Pho and spring rolls were great, Thai tea was mediocre. Would recommend overall, friendly staff.
Food was decent but they are charging for every little thing. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and ordered 7 dishes. We asked for extra soup for noodle but they charged us $2.50. We also paid extra $4 for the noodle, which is understandable but not the soup. They also charged 18% tip on our bill. I don't think I will go back.
My visit to Pho Alley was marred by a series of disappointments. Initially, we were greeted with a wet seating area. Despite asking for it to be cleaned, it remained uncomfortably damp. The confusion didn't end there. Our orders seemed to be forgotten, necessitating a second request. It was disheartening to see others, who arrived after us, being served first. Service was slow, and even basic needs like water required multiple reminders.Regarding the pho, I expected a lot more, especially considering the price. Sadly, it lacked the authentic, rich flavors that define great pho.In conclusion, while the service was just about average, it couldn't salvage the overall experience marked by disorganization and a lackluster meal. Pho Alley didn't meet the expectations its reputation and prices suggest. Regrettably, I cannot recommend it and am unlikely to return.
Here's what I have to say... there are a few things that the place can fix that would make the experience dramatically better. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was this god awful smell of dirty rag. I beg the owner to invest $20-30 for a new set of rags every so often. The next thing that could be fixed to make the overall experience better is the water. I can taste a very strong tap taste. Like really bad actually. In terms of the pho itself? Good. I do think that the prices in general are a bit too much. 16 for a regular bowl, non-combo. And 15 for a chicken rice dish? Should be ~12 for the rice dish. I will be returning and I hope to dear goodness that they see this and make those small changes.
