Stopped to get a 12-cookie cake and put a custom message on the cake. I was in charge in 5 minutes. the personal was very nice and even sent birthday wishes. my baby boy will be thrilled for his surprise.

That was my son and I visited nestle superhouse for the first time and I had not visited a load in many years. I give 2 stars because the hispanic manager or owner made a great difference, as he interacted with me, compared to how he interacted with white and hispanic customers. in the did he made sure not to say much of something to me and instead allowed a very nice young cash take my order. He didn't greet me or even ask me how I was. every hispanic customer who came in asked how they were and made them welcome. it was very obvious and even after my purchase....he still did not say that I was ma’am or coming back. Nevertheless, he went out of his way to express this to the hispanic customers he met. I will make sure that I will not spend any money in this future. very disappointed. they stay away and spend their money at another place, especially if they are aa. because their money are not appreciated all american dollars lives matter

I always have an amazing experience at Cypress Nestle. The owner Luis and his staff are super friendly. They can quickly create a delicious biscuit cake for any occasion, decorated with your desired colors and themes. I will definitely be returning. Everything there is quick and fun!
