Lupe Tortilla Mexican - Cypress

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It was quite busy on a Friday night, but the wait was definitely worth it. The fajitas were fantastic, and they serve the best corn tortillas I've ever had. Our waitress, Abigail, was exceptional! I was really impressed by how pleasant and attentive she was, even on such a hectic night. We will definitely return!

I've been visiting this restaurant since it opened, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. While there might be a bit of a wait during peak hours, it's definitely worth it. The hostess staff are friendly, the waitstaff is knowledgeable and attentive, and the management seems very engaged with guests. The bartenders also do an exceptional job managing their section while keeping up with the demands of the floor. Overall, I often recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, flavorful food. I admit, it might not be the cheapest option for fajitas in the area, but it is certainly one of the best.

I was completely let down by the quality of the food and the service. My best friend Marty has been a loyal customer for 20 years, and he and his wife invited us for a meal. The restaurant itself is beautiful and quite busy. Unfortunately, our fajitas were burnt. When we mentioned to our waitress that the meat was overcooked, she told us we had to accept it as is. When we asked for it to be returned, one of the managers came over and insisted that this was how they trained their kitchen staff, leaving us with the choice of either accepting it or getting a cold plate. Eventually, another chef came by and offered to fix the issue. Ten minutes later, the meal returned; they only salvaged the chicken while everything else remained untouched on the plate. I was left speechless.

I had the Nico plate. it was amazing. service was amazing and our server leo was just phenomenal! he has constantly checked us and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. many thanks for a great lunch!

This is the second time we have been disappointed with a to go order. Never never order food to go. Just spent close $160 on a family order, firstly the order was incorrect, we were given dry fish with rice, and secondly the food was very cold. We picked up the food on time, so expect the food to be warm when we get home. Will never order from this establishment again, plenty of other good Mexican options here in Fairfield.
