Frostbites Crepes And Frozen Delights

I’ve been skipping my math class for weeks just to come here! It’s that good! My best friend always picks up the tab, so I get to enjoy incredible ice cream for free! Although, she does make me pay in a different way afterward, so it balances out!

My daughter ordered her usual treat, but the attendant said she didn't know how to make it. We then tried a backup order, and once again, the attendant claimed she couldn't prepare it either. As my daughters were trying to pick their flavors, we were instructed to move down the line. However, my daughter still hadn't decided what she wanted. When I asked for just a moment because my daughter was still choosing, the staff insisted we needed to move. There was only one person behind us, and he said it was fine to wait, but the young blonde lady continued to push for us to move down. I eventually told her we would shift to the next spot after my daughters made their selections. Based on this experience, I have decided I will never return to this location, even if it's more convenient for me. If I could give it less than one star, I certainly would.

There is a wonderful selection of choices! The food is consistently excellent, and they are very generous with the samples.

I absolutely love this place! Their sorbet creams are incredibly delicious, and the staff is friendly and full of energy. I can't praise Jana enough! She is so sweet and patient, allowing us to try countless samples until we found the perfect one. She is very knowledgeable and had endless suggestions for different combinations to try. We also ordered a crepe, and my mom thinks it’s a masterpiece. Thank you, Jana!

Thank you, Adam! This place is incredible! It was my first visit, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was excellent! The crepes and Italian ice are absolutely delicious.
