Duck N Bao - Cypress

This is the second time I've come here, and their dumplings are fantastic! They have 8 different kinds, with some different flavors within those. The pork soup dumplings were delicious! And so were the crystal shrimp dumplings. My husband and I shared a chicken fried rice dish, and the flavor on it was really good.The service was alright, they were pretty good at refilling our waters. Food was brought out piping hot.The atmosphere is very modern style, warm lighting in dark elements. There was an odd smell of burning plastic or something that was nauseating. The music is played a little too loudly, while there's no dampening to the sound.They are a bit pricey, but worth the indulgence. I would order take out from them, if I lived closer.Wheelchair accessibility: They mostly have booths, and the tables are in alcoves, so it would be difficult to seat a wheelchair well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Duck n Bao Cypress, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the evening, the service was impeccable, especially Dave, not just knowledgeable, but also attentive, and eager to cater to our every need. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant's sophisticated decor and lighting created an intimate atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for a memorable gastronomic journey. Prepare to be blown away by the Peking Duck that await you!

I never thought in middle of our meal we will find a cockroach flying down from the ceiling light and landing on my wife’s food and disappear under the table. We were so stunned that before we could pull out our phone to capture a shot of the cockroach it disappeared. The customer service also need some work to do. I believe it is not surprising for them as they casually change our table after hearing about the incident and offered 20% discount. Me and my family will never go there again.

I ordered take out and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great! Way better fresher tasting than any other Chinese food I've had. We loved it. The steak was good, the chicken wasn't dry. The dumplings were wonderful! Great tasting food.

When you walk in the ambiance and decor is completely unexpected. A beautiful art wall and cute lighting. The music sets the mood for a sexy trendy atmosphere. The braised pork with quail egg was amazing very tender and flavorful. Beef lo mein was delicious. Pam fried dumplings were done perfectly, crunchy out some and tender inside. The peaking duck had a beautiful presentation just a little on the dry side. The staff was very helpful and attentive...9/10 definitely coming back.
