Domenicos - Cypress

This is my go to when I'm craving sushi rolls. My family loves the poki bowls and I love the rolls so we always get the combo. Been coming here for years. Daniel the owner is super nice and Tommy at the front always makes us feel welcomed and taken cared of. Service is quick and efficient as well as friendly. We were nervous for them during COVID so we made it a point to visit as often as we could. Glad to see they're still up and running. Local, family owned and ran. Food is great, service is great. We've been coming and as long as their doors are open we'll continue to come.

This place is in a strip mall next to a 98 cent store and a Tuesday Morning Closeouts and a twin Cinemas that has been closed for a while now. That should have been a clue to the type of Food we were getting. I ordered the Osso Bucco which arrived lukewarm with a watery completely bland i cannot even call it tomato sauce. More reheated pasta came for the rest of the party. Another overpriced joint with really old style decor funky plastic vines and booths with old upholstered style seats . I also noticed a lot of its patrons seemed to be out of some bad Mafia movie I kid you not there was a lady dressed in black, cheetah print leggings, spikey heels with a blond bouffant . her male escort had the poufy pomaded hair and big dark purple jacket maybe the place is a front for those types? Please don't have me rubbed out....
