Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cypress

I ordered a salad bowl and was disappointed by the small amount of lettuce they served.

The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and they serve generous portions of food. I will definitely return to this location!

The tables are situated very close to the ordering line, which makes it feel like diners are being watched while they eat, as people are right next to them while waiting. Additionally, the portions of each item are quite small, so you find yourself constantly asking for more. On my last two visits, the rice was dry and undercooked.

I order to pick up my food at 8:10pm they make me wait for other 40 minutes till I ask for My food the check for my food order. They said is to busy but they don't communicate to the customer anything not only my self. We have more customers complaining.

AMAZING customer service delicious food. Best part we went in expecting just to get chips. We walked out with this corn concoction of deliciousness. Customer service was superb. You really feel the community vibe here.
