Burger King - Cypress

I absolutely love how they prepare my Oreo shakes, but I have an issue with one particular manager. She tends to make her own rules and charges me extra for a small sprinkle of Oreos on top. It feels ridiculous to pay an entire dollar for just a few cents' worth of extra Oreos.

I came in to try the spicy melt, and it did not disappoint! The fresh melted cheese and grilled onions were fantastic. The server was excellent as well. The onion rings were served straight out of the fryer, and my meal was ready in under three minutes. The ice cream was delicious, and my Dr. Pepper was perfectly chilled. I’ll be back soon!

I stopped by to pick up something for my granddaughter and was greeted right away. My order was taken quickly and courteously. When I reached the window, I was served by a very cheerful gentleman named Luscious, who was polite and professional. It was great service! Thank you, Luscious!

I don't eat fast food very often but today I got the new spicy whopper melt and a sm fry. I was very happy!! The melt was really good and both were hot when I got home. Drive thru was clean, order was correct and employees were on point. PS........ As it turns out, my melt was not correct after seeing it on TV I realized it was missing the grilled onions : but plenty of jalapeños
