Little Caesars Pizza In Qu - cy

I used the drive thru I was with son ,and my 4 grandkids.. It was close to closing and the lady was so pleasant she gave the kids cookies and provides excellent customer service she was not mad cause it was a holiday and we came 5 minutes till closing not realizing the time, she was definitely doing her job in fact she went above and beyond her job.. thanks for the awesome service

It's a cheaper place to get pizza. Heading to the pool is a great place to grab a quick pizza. Apparently, they don't necessarily start doing hot ready pizza's until 4. I thought they'd do it for lunch, but I guess not. I was lucky they had a pepperoni ready. My kids also love the crazy bread. 1 pizza, crazy bread, and sauce was just under $14

Took 28 minutes for 3 hot and ready ... guess they were not ready..

We stop at Little Caesar's when we are traveling quite often. They are quick and reasonable. We tried the new menu item, Crazy Puffs. My husband likes them, but I am not a deep dish fan, so it wasn't my taste. This particular store was very under par as far as staff and cleanliness. The man that took our order was very rude. I can understand when they are very busy and a clerk is short or even has a bad attitude, but nobody came in the whole time we waited. I also noted that when our food was ready, we saw the man that took our order refuse to bring it out. Another employee came from the back to give us our food. My husband and I both own service-based businesses. That type of behavior is unacceptable. .

This store needs an update in the worst way. They also need a bigger parking lot. It's just not safe in there whether driving or walking.
