Tiki Underground - Cuyahoga Falls

We thought we had a job drink! I was super pleased to hear that the bar menu was designed by a friend from years ago, tim harnett. the ambiente is alive, the drinks delish (I had the tu mai tai), and, especially as a trans woman, gender neutral, single person bathrooms! in tiki underground, is ready to be under decks on a pirate ship. so funny!

Great tikibar. Decor is 8/10 drinks are 10/10 on point for true tiki representation. Live music playing outside (should pump inside). Their tiki fry concoction with pulled pork and steak cheese was very good. All the drinks our group tried were excellent and they jigger their drinks so you get accurate measured drinks. Will definitely go here again.

We will recommended this place as a restaurant. Going in we had no idea that it was primarily a bar. As a bar it was great, huge array of drink options and cool atmosphere. With a limited menu, I would have not recommended this place as somewhere to EAT. Definitely should have done my research and was too trusting in a local recommendation. We had wings and coconut shrimp that were tasty as we were starving. Waitress was very nice. Definitely give this place a shot if you want a neat drink with your friends.

Handcrafted cocktails certainly taste like gorcery store premix and watery low level alcohol. You generally don 't expect much with anything Tiki themed but this is pretty much Dollar general during Halloween. Sure, it could be a cool place to hangout with some solid effort but this falls way short as is.
