Jimmy John's - Cuyahoga Falls

I really enjoy Jimmy John's as a chain, but this specific location is extremely slow. I've ordered delivery from here over 20 times in the last two years, and it takes ages. While I understand that a wait of about 40 minutes for a sub can be acceptable, it’s disappointing because their slogan is "freaky fast."

I placed my order for 2 PM but didn't receive it until 4 PM. When I called to inquire about it, they had no information on its status. When the driver finally delivered my food, he was really rude, and unfortunately, the food was soggy and inedible. I attempted to go to the restaurant, but it seemed like they had closed.

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, but unfortunately, this location has extremely poor customer service. Their delivery is slower than pizza delivery! When I called, the staff informed me that the delivery driver was waiting for more orders because there were several tickets coming in. My order was marked as out for delivery at 5:59 PM, and now it's 6:34 PM with no sign of delivery. When I expressed my frustration about the slow service, I was told that their policy is to deliver as quickly as possible. Clearly, that isn't the case, as the driver chose to wait for additional orders instead of delivering mine. It's also evident that deliveries are not being made in the order they should be, especially since I live less than a mile away. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and argumentative, never offering an apology. I will not be ordering from this store again.

The lack of professionalism of this Jimmy John’s location has soured our experience. After a long day all my wife wanted was a simple sandwich and drink. 30 minutes after the app informed us the order was out for delivery we still did not have her dinner, and when she called to speak with the store she was met with a disinterested and unapologetic employee. Not once was there any attempt to show empathy, nor to offer anything beyond a defensive attitude. The only excuse was that the store only had one driver working tonight and rather than having him deliver the two completed orders waiting, he waited for three more to come in and be made to deliver with the first two. When we pressed we could not get an ETA for the order.Adding insult to injury we live less than one mile from the store and ultimately waited just over 40 minutes for my wife’s sandwich, and our driver did not deliver the drink that we paid for. We will not be rewarding this location with any patronage in the future.

They put so much sauce on my sandwich it arrived soggy and gross uneatable. There was no saving it and it ended up in the garbage.
