Boston Market - Cutler Bay

I catered food for thanksgiving for my family and when I showed up to pick up the food this place was closed. I called and was told oh we had a problem with the store and had to close it with no further explanation. My family and I were left without food on thanksgiving day. Avoid this place at all costs.

Place a damn sign that the place is closed and update the status on Google! Wasting ppls time.

I am beyond pissed! Over 3 weeks ago I placed an order for thanksgiving for my entire family! I had people come from out of town! Order was confirmed, payment processed, email confirmation and all. My husband goes to pick up all this food I had already paid for and the store was closed! I called the Boston market catering and they said oh yea that store is closed we will send you a refund in 8-10 days! I could not believe this! Not to mention that every one who answered the calls at the catering center had such heavy accents I could barely understand them! So here I am Thanksgiving day with a house full of hungry people and no food! Everything is closed, this was horrible! I am extremely upset, disappointed and in disbelief that they did this! I will NEVER purchase anything from Boston Market again! Our Thanksgiving was ruined!

They are a fraud! Placed a $200 Thanksgiving catering order, they took my money, they confirmed everything was set MANY times. Came to pick up the oder on the assigned date and time and they are CLOSED! Waited for 2 hours, called them over and over! Was on hold forever and they kept hanging up on me! When I did get through, all they kept telling me was that they would take my feedback and a representative will call on 5-7 business days . So now I am scrambling to find last minute food for my event! DO NOT ODER FROM BM! I hope they find new leadership at the top; otherwise, they should close or not offer services they can 't fulfill.

No stars, actually. I went to this location at 12:32 noon. It should have been open at 11 am. Google said it was open... the neon sign said it was open.. but the doors were locked, lights were out, and no one seemed to be inside. Guests were walking around confused like that John Travolta meme and one poor lady told me she had ordered online and didn't know what to do. I was greatly disappointed because I was looking forward to a nice meal.
