I wasn?t impressed by how the place looked on the outside but given our choices in Custer were very limited on a Monday, I decided to take a chance. It was a VERY BAD decision. First impressions count and it was awful. The place smelled of stale smoke, the serve had dirty clothes, didn?t look like he had showered in some time, and had missing teeth. The inside looked old (as in REALLY old) and run down. The
Service was great, despite the short staff, that all restaurants are experiencing. The food was great, hubby had fish n chips w/ slaw. I had steak and salad. We had a large group of 6 adults and 2 children, they made it work for us.Thanks to the staff.
Go Here only if you can't drive to any other restaurant!!!!!! And then if you go only order the overprised $10 fries but bring your own salt shaker. You will save money on the tip because severs is a -5 and they watch your every move. I was staving before I left the building. And spent well over hundred bucks our 1st time ever wanting to return our food and run as fast as possible elsewhere. From service to food I give it a negative 1000000000000 . Run and run anywhere else
It wasn't bad. Server was really nice. The food, that we ordered, was frozen to deep fried. I think it was a bit pricey as nothing was actually prepared there. Frozen shrimp, fish and fries....deep fried and served on fancy plates.
Carla is a gem of a waitress and was helpful and hospitable the whole time! The infused cinnamon apple and orange liquors were delicious. The fish and chips was great and so was the hash brown casserole side. Yummy house made ranch as well. Great experience overall, but I think the entrees were a bit overpriced given the portion size. The service and food itself was otherwise a thumbs up.
