La Fabrica Resto-Bar - Cusco

Ate here many times during my stay in Cusco. Very delicious and fresh, staff are super friendly. I only ate 3 dishes here, the bolognese pasta, pesto pasta and the salad. Came back many time, also for take out and it was great!

Delicious Italian food, good service and good ingredients. although it is a small place, it has very good sitting and beautiful ambiente. the personal is very friendly and the owner is always there to help them with everything.

Gnocchi amatriciana was absolutely delicious and captivating stone was also amazing. we had the luxury to meet the owner, he's such a nice guy! I recommend this place absolutely wonderful!

It would have given him 4 stars, but I do not expect it to be as delicious as in Europe. we had the americana pizza and a lasagne. I would recommend the pizza more. the only thing that was funny to me was that the pizza had a lot of olive oil up there when it was. I used a serviette to absorb some of it, but quite delicious otherwise. I would recommend this place if they are in cusco and it is the mood for Italian cuisine, but only the expectations to adjust to the continental the pisco sour clasic was very good!
