Contribuiți la feedbackBeautiful restaurant serving delicious selection of meals. they can observe how it is prepared and know that it is made with passion. Thanks again for a nice meal that was our last one before we drove out of the Inka jungle path in the morning.
A very nice cafe bar that has been thrown away in calle suecia. the owner is really beautiful, they can use free wlan and it serves excellent coffee and cake. wonderful to relax!
Encuentros the cafe serves the Peruvian set menu that is correct and unusual. on the quiet calle suecia directly at the plaza de armas, encuentros is light and airy, its walls with colorful and whimsical art as opposed to the imposing and massive. dark stones of the original inca wall that forms the back. the tables below are all painted with flower and nature designs that release a good part of the chalk. the caffe has two flat, with a lounge area of low couches and cocktail tables on the top floor. the coffee is divine, black and strong and served with a small chocolate cookie. next comes the French toast (or regular toast if they prefer) with butter and honey, then their main course. rob has a omelet with speck and I have the crepe with orange jam. now I'm usually not a fan of orange marble, but after the attempt of the crepe twice (we really go out of our way for our readers), I would say unbiasedly, it's the best in the world. we have a fruit salad to finish, and a delicious glass jugo mixto (mix fruit juice), which had no pfund sugar in it. encuentros cafe is only open for a few months, but their operation seems smooth and professional. encuentros owners rob and his employees were extremely helpful and friendly, and we wish them the best. If they are in cusco, we recommend them encuentros above the smashing of other restaurants and caffes. stop!
A very nice cafe bar tucked away in calle Suecia. The owner is really nice, you can use free wifi and it serves excellent coffee and cakes. Wonderful to relax!
We visited Cusco in November and found Encuentros at the end of the road down from our hostel, just off the northwest corner of Plaza de Armas. They couldn't have been more helpful and the food was truly delicious. The back of the cafe is composed of an original Inca wall.
