I went to this location to pick up a package since it was listed as a collection center, but they were unable to find it. A delivery driver was present and informed me that he hadn't dropped off any packages there because they consistently reject them. They called the supplier and confirmed that the package had indeed been rejected. If they don't accept deliveries, then it shouldn't be advertised as a collection center.

I approached an employee named Prayesh to explain the issue, and he acknowledged that there was a problem with pump number 8. I requested a refund or a fix for the situation. Instead of addressing the problem promptly, he stated that he needed to call his manager, who was not available at the time. He attempted to reach the manager multiple times over the next 30 minutes through calls and texts, but received no response. He then advised me to return the following day (Saturday, April 2) and assured me that the manager would be present. The next day, I returned around 2 PM and spoke with another employee named Naupreet. Again, I requested to speak with the manager, but was informed that the manager was still not there. Following the same pattern as before, she called the manager several times for nearly 30 minutes and sent texts but received no reply. Naupreet informed me that if I wanted a refund, I would have to come back again on Monday. This entire experience demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers from this service station. Not only did they fail to inform patrons that the fuel pump was malfunctioning, but it felt as if they were intentionally withholding remedies for their mistake. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid fueling at this station (BP Currambine), and if you do choose to stop there, please ensure that the fuel is indeed being delivered to your tank.

Ordered a coffee through the bp app on pre order only to turn up and told we won't make it until you pay for it. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it. Useless!

Prices were really high and the staff were no where to be seen. Please improve your attention to detail. Dont want to talk it down, just what was so.
