Bali Punda - Curacao

The juice we ordered took 30 minutes to arrive, while the single pad thai we ordered took an hour! To top it off, the bartender/student tacked on an extra 15% to the bill, claiming it was a tax. I called him out on his lie, pointing to the menu that clearly stated taxes were included in the prices. The bill indicated the additional charge was for the (terrible) service. Such dishonesty is downright illegal!

I stumbled upon this hidden gem on a side street. The Gado Gado (vegan) dish was just okay - it consisted of lots of green beans and vegetables smothered in a thick peanut sauce. While I probably wouldn't order it again, I appreciated the effort and would be willing to try other dishes. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options, which can be hard to find in Curaçao.

Such dishonesty is not only unacceptable but also illegal.

Found this on a side street. ordered gado gado (vegan), which is a court I love. this was meh, many green beans and veg to add thick peanut sauce. I would not order this court again, but would try. very friendly staff that understood what vegan was a rare fund in curaçao.
