Special Noodle Soup Hé Jì Jī Tāng Mǐ Xiàn

There is a new Chinese restaurant in Cupertino that specializes in noodle soup and Hainan chicken. The Hainan chicken has generous portions, with firm and tender meat and gel-like chicken skin. The prices are reasonable, with a total bill of around $110 for four people. It's a great spot for both lunch and dinner.

I had the Hainan chicken at this restaurant and it was really good. I also tried the soup with the original broth, and both my sister and I really enjoyed it.
