Rio Adobe Southwest Cafe - Cupertino

This restaurant is ideal for vegetarians and vegans! Their soups and bean dishes are free from any meat or chicken broth. They offer a fully stocked salsa bar with plenty of options, plus a menu that goes beyond just vegetarian items. For instance, they have delicious cheese enchiladas, among other options.

The dining experience was fantastic; I enjoyed every bite. The nachos were also excellent.

This restaurant has stood the test of time, offering fresh and refreshing dishes with Southwest American influences. Diners will find that they get excellent value for their money, and those with hearty appetites will definitely leave feeling satisfied and revitalized. The self-serve salsa bar allows guests to choose their preferred flavors and spice levels, making this Cupertino classic one of my favorite places to dine. I often find myself wanting to come back for more!

I've been going to rio for over 10 years. the owner and the staff are very friendly. the eating margaritas are excellent. I've never ordered a court I didn't like. the only thing that could make this place better is if they served the breakfast:

Our local Mexican restaurant. The flavor is very bold. We frequently have the beef nachos, a good meal for two. I also enjoy the seafood dishes. Their salsa bar is really good with a lot of variety. The owner is very cheerful and orders come out very quickly.
