Didn't put my top on securely so my drink spilled everywhere in my first attempt to drink and wouldn't remediate because at this point (8pm EST) they were now closed.....
The service and the drinks were great, but the place was dirty.
CHLOE !!! She probably one of the only ones that makes my drink perfect! I love her she IS AMAZING !!
Hot latte wasn’t hot enough on the coldest day of the season. Wasn’t expecting that from this location.
I wated for 20 minutes in line to buy a gift card and got to he register and the girl told me I couldn't pay in cash. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
