O'charley's - Cumming

Wasn't to bad. Service was okay food was okay. It was a Sunday so the Sunday crowd was out in full force. Made some time uncomfortable.

Absolutely the best sit down food we have had in what seems like forever. Our waitress, Bianca, was extremely polite and quick with everything. When the food arrived everything was delicious. From the fried pickles to the steak. My kids had chicken tenders and the macaroni and cheese. My youngest The pickiest eater of all 6 of us said it was the best. The kitchen staff did amazing making the food and Bianca made sure it was at our table quick with a smile. My husband even made the comment that it would be worth the drive to come back, as we live an hour away.

I was there tonight around 6 tonight with my family. The service was awesome. Friendly staff one lady I saw she waved at us I gave her glowing reviews when she was our waitress for her kindness. Today our server was Dylan very nice young man and the food was great. I do miss free pie Wed.

Tonight was fantastic! Me and my wife went out for a nice little date night tonight at O’Charleys (one of our favorites) and we had the lovely Bianca as our server. Her service was prompt keeping our drinks and rolls filled and the food came out perfect, I had a sirloin and my wife had the Alfredo Chicken. 5/5 love this place!

Bianca was amazing! Super attentive and friendly. Our food came out fast and without issue. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the manager was attentive as well! Great experience all around.
