Moe's Southwest Grill - Cumming

Customer service is barley tolerable. The dining room has a steady sealing blanket. I almost slipped on the way to the bathroom. The ice dispenser never worked. And the Salsa Bar is always dirty. I was there a few times with friends and family and nothing has changed.

Order lunch online and it was ready when I got there. You did not place my order on the pickup help, but left it in the register. No big deal, but I had to wait until other customers pay out before my order was handed over to me. Our lunch was delicious as usual.

Moe?s as a franchise eats children free in sunny days. My daughter called yesterday on Sunday and was charged at the full price. I called it today and told the owner that he was doing her on Wednesday. I wonder if that's because they make more of children meals on sunny days than Mondays. sounds like greedy owners and this place has lost our business.

Food is as good as any other Moe's, but pickup orders are rarely ready in time. Recently I was in the branch waiting 10-15 min at my pickup time.

It's standard quality Moe's. Place was clean, employees friendly and fast. Food tasted pretty fresh which can be rare at other Moe's sometimes.
