Little Caesars Pizza - Cumming

I ordered a pizza from this Little Caesars using the pizza app and pre-paid for it. When I arrived at noon—the time it was supposed to be ready—the store was closed. I tried calling the listed phone number, but it was disconnected. There was no sign indicating the reason for the closure. Just a heads-up: if you order through the Little Caesars app, your local store might not be open. I'm reaching out to customer service for a refund, but since these stores are franchises, who knows if I'll ever get my $17 back.

I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. The sauce served here has been left out for too long, and they use outdated dough sourced from other locations, which is often left to rot in their machines. The owner is unprofessional and fails to pay his staff properly. The drains smell of decaying meat, and sanitation seems to be a low priority. Overall, the establishment appears to be barely held together by old dough, black mold, and a leaking air conditioning unit.

I had a truly terrible experience at this fast food pizza place, and honestly, I didn't expect much. I placed my order online at 4:30 and arrived at 5:00, but my pizza wasn't even put in the oven until 5:03. I waited in the drive-thru and was informed that they needed to serve everyone in the lobby first before helping me. It was just absurd – I don't think anyone there knows what they're doing or even cares.

Placed an online order at 4:35pm, showed up at 4:50pm, my pick up time was 5:02pm. Pizzas were put in at 5:04. People walking in, ordering, and leaving fast. Left at 5:20, whats the point of online order if you wait almost an HOUR

Definitely a great Little Caesars to go to. Went in there to grab lunch for me and a friend. The cashier was very nice and conversational. Even though they were short staffed you can tell they're trying their best. The place was clean. Only down side it crazy bread was a little soggy but sitting in that bag they come in inside of the hotbox that happens so it's understandable. It still was good though and paired great with the marinara sauce. The pizza was still fresh and was probably the best pizza I've had from a Little Caesars. Pairs great with the Jalapeno Cheddar they have. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be coming back!
