I had a lot of issues during my visits. First, I went there twice, and both times I encountered problems with my order. I attempted to sort it out, but the staff were unhelpful; one even ignored me while filming on TikTok. On another visit, I ordered a frozen chocolate, but it tasted like bitter coffee, which is surprising since frozen chocolate shouldn't contain any coffee. Overall, it was a completely unpleasant experience, and I cannot recommend this place.

I just can't comprehend why the staff find it so difficult to be friendly. A simple "Hi" or "Thank You" doesn't require much effort, yet it's a recurring issue every time I visit. Honestly, I'd prefer to pay three times the price at Starbucks for a cake pop for my son than to face such a lack of basic courtesy. They could really learn a thing or two from the friendly staff at the McGinnis location!

Had their new waffle sandwich! Service was quick and efficient! Super yummy and the maple bacon adds the sweet touch- not too overwhelmingly sweet for breakfast!

Seth and Patrick have been doing an exceptional job. I can roll up at 6:30 am or 9am and they're both in a good mood and always friendly. Coffee has been a lot less crunchy.
