Dunkin' - Cumming

This was such an amazing and exceptional experience! We were conversing with the gentleman who works here and he was so kind and helpful with our order! It was amazing seeing him work with his family and offer top notch service to everyone of his customers! I really appreciated his kindness towards my wife and me today! I will continue to visit this location and support this family business!Thank you again for everything today!

I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. I used points mistakenly because I didn’t have my readers on for a tea rather than a coffee 483 points that were earned at that location. The staff refused to let me have my coffee, which I’m sure they promptly had to throw away because it already been made. So I either had to pay for it or get a tea. I am a Dunkin’ Donuts advocate, and I will never visit that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again I recommend you do the same. So not only did I lose 483 points that I had earned and I had to return on my commute with no coffee. What would your Dunkin’ Donuts franchise do in that scenario.

I am not sure whether the management had changed recently. This is the very first time I was asked to pay for pup cup. Pup cups are either suppose to be complimentary or for donations from customers as far as I know. This is bit shocking that this Dunkin branch asked me to pay for the pup cup after a 30$ purchase . Never going here anymore.

The only thing I wish they would do is get the french crullers and the toasted coconut doughnuts. ?
