Captain D's Seafood - Cumming

Waited for 15 minutes at the speaker to order, after having to ask hello to even get someone to acknowledge us, we repeated our order twice because they didn 't get anything the first time and STILL they forgot our side of Mac n cheese for my son. This is beyond ridiculous. We also waited about 15-20 at the window after waiting to even be asked what our was. You 'd be better off finding a different captain ds to go to and getting all the food that you actually ordered and in a decent time frame.

Especially friendly staff taking orders and serving. The restaurant was very clean and the food remains an excellent value. This is a great restaurant.

Friendly staff, quick service. Food was hot and good for fast food but nothing spectacular in my opinion.

Drive thru was fast, ordered at my own pace, extremely friendly window clerk! Food was hot and delicious...was craving fish and purchased the Seafood Platter. So much food, it satisfied my fish craving. I've had the humongous Fish Sandwich, head and shoulders above any fish sandwich at any other Fast Food restaurant. I'll be back, for sure!

Best captain Ds I?ve ever been too. Quick and awesome service.
