Our Place - Cumberland

I visited this place once and ended up spending quite a bit. This time, I chose to go inside instead of using the drive-thru to check out their selection of donuts. All the donuts were delicious, but my favorite was definitely the apple fritter. I did have one concern, though: there were three people working—two younger women and one older woman. The younger women were busy making drinks for other customers, while the older woman was just chatting at the drive-thru window. Even after interacting with me, she lingered at the window for about five minutes. The donuts are tasty, but be prepared to wait a bit for them.

I visited the restaurant with my 3-year-old son, and they were wonderful with him, helping him choose the best donut. I highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our visit to Uncle Donuts! The donuts were incredibly delicious—so good they practically melted in your mouth. The woman who served us, who I believe is the owner, was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Having just moved to the Twin Cities area, we are so happy to have discovered such a fantastic donut shop!

No pretentious $7 a donut here simply fried perfectly, yeast dough rings like the sky intended. $6 buys you at least four donuts made fresh daily. Soft, light and especially NOT GREASY mush. Glaze is perfect consistency, making it around the entire donut vs. thin and ribbed after the frying. As a southern part of the home Krispy Kreme, 5 stars above the board!

We got so many compliments on how tasty our donuts were for our wedding. I ordered 17 dozens and they were all eaten by the end of the night. The team at Uncle Donut's was extremely helpful in picking our flavors and they returned calls fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this small local business if you want something different for your special day.
