Burger King - Cumberland

How does a busy BK handle a simple burger order and give me two lukewarm burgers that are “fresh off the grill”. Meet was warm, bun had cooled within 2 mins of receiving order and was tough. Had I not been ravenously hungry I would have tossed into trash.

Always a Long wait early morning and late afternoon if they are even open as usually only 2 people and when they take a break they close service.Parking: Lots

Drive thru. Lady was extremely disrespectful and rude. Normal for a truck stop I guess.

Highway restaurant and highway robbery. If we weren't about to set off on an almost 3 hour road trip we wouldn't have stopped here. Prices are astronomical, and they forgot to give us our drinks going through the drive thru.Parking: Drive thru too

I was craving all day for whopper with bacon so late in the afternoon I stopped on my way south and ordered 2 whoppers with bacon and cheese no pickles and no ketchup plus a order fries, the young lady and the man were very friendly but in the process of making my food and chitchat with each other I found out about 60 miles later that there was no bacon on neither one whopper that I paid for!!!It could have help if they concentrate on what they were doing instead of their own private life chat with a 3rd worker, maybe then my order would have been as I ordered and pay for it!!!
