POISONED with their soggy poor quality pizza. NEVER AGAIN !! ?

Store closing at 8h30 on a Saturday for not having enough employees while doors open what kind of company is thisSometimes paying employees extra is smarter than loosing

I ordered through the app, but the initial promotion code didn't work, which felt like a letdown. There was a mandatory 15% tip on both the app and online orders, non-negotiable. When I went for pickup after 25 minutes, the pizza wasn't ready, and the cashier was quite rude, mentioning they only received the order 10 minutes ago. Terrible place, terrible staff.

My husband I dont have a ton of money rn, but decided we were gonna have a date night and spring for some pizza. (I just finished nursing school) Order was $37.75...digital coupon $22 for large 2 topping pizza, cheesy bread, 2 drinks. They only sent cheesy bread and 2 diet cokes. Completely forgot to send the pizza. When we tried to reach the store, we got customer service. They sent us to a fax machine 5 times. When we finally told them not to transfer us they told us a manager would call us back in 10mins...20 mins, no call. Called back to ask them to just refund our money, they hung up on us. I'm super disappointed...we're from Cleveland and are fans of LeBron....but wth is with this business. We sucked it up, and just made pb j sandwiches had our datenight. I'm going to take the bus to the stores location tomorrow see what's really going on there.
