We looked forward to dining at Riverfront during our 2nd visit to Abbeville. The grilled oysters were an overpriced, $16 for a half dozen, appetizer. Tiny with the taste of canned oysters. Duck gumbo had a good flavor, but was served lukewarm. Jumbo grilled softshell crab was excellent but the green beans were barely warmed.

This was the worst place I’ve eaten at since moving here. The staff was unhelpful and borderline rude. Food took too long, server didn’t want to be at work that day apparently and worst of all, the manager (marrissa) was made aware of the poor service and disrespect I felt and she just piled on. Rolling her eyes at me anytime I talked to her about my concerns. This place was horrible I’m NEVER going back.

Thought The Food was very good and the Restaurant was Beautiful although it was a bit Expensive

Simply went to show off the river front. Sat.outdoors for a few minutes.
