Ledger's Steakhouse And Grille

Gavyn was a delightful server. The atmosphere was great. Best salad bar, fresh and a great variety.

First time eating here, and we loved it. This one is a definite add-on to our favorite restaurant list. Our filet was tender and juicy. Our server was Gavyn, and he said he was new, but yet he was such a great server. Kept our drinks full and very attentive. Can't wait to go back.

We met some friends here for dinner. Great atmosphere, service was phenomenal, and the food was delicious! Meghan was an excellent and knowledgeable bartender! Fabulous cocktails!They have live entertainment on Saturdays and allow smoking outside on the porches! We will go back soon!!

We normally LOVE this place however, the customer service today was terrible. I tried numerous times to call to make a reservation, but no one ever answered the phone. We wanted to take our son out to celebrate his 21st birthday and he loves steaks so we wanted to treat him to Ledgers, as their steaks were always great! However, after driving over an hour, we were informed there would be an hour long wait to seat three people. It was 6:30, so when we informed the receptionist it would be 7:30 when we would be seated, we were then told it would be “too late to order anyway”. We then left and went to Logan’s and a great steak with awesome customer service from a place who was glad to receive our business. Got to do better Ledgers!

I have never been treated so poorly by management wait staff in my life. Robby should be absolutely ashamed of the way he speaks to customers. I will never set foot in this place again. We were treated like complete trash. Charged 22% in gratuities and sat with an empty drink cup for my entire meal. I have the utmost respect for people working in the service industry, but this is inexcusable. We were made to feel like a burden from start to finish.
