Casa Manolo O Raxo - Culleredo

I have more than 12 years coming every year to enjoy the raxo and I always get that taste that I remember. Food preparation is done under a very traditional way and don't expect a menu, there is only one main dish and it is not to be eaten daily, actually if you have cholesterol issues, this is not your restaurant.

If you are in Galicia or near O Burgo, Casa Manolo is a must. Raxo (pork) is very typical and there is no better place to go. We have been there multiple times and it was great everytime. Go early if you can, typically there is a line to gen in, but it moves fast. Do not miss if you are in this part of Spain.

Raxo, patatas, tortilla y ensalada. Lo mejor es la rapidez de la preparación de la comida

Chegamos e nos din de esperar vinte minutos. Ao final unha hora. Tardan un pouco en tomar nota, un pouco a tortilla, pero a de Raxo tardou media hora. Dúas horas e media para comer unha tortilla e unha ración de Raxo con patatas pareceme excesivo. Todo moi rico e a cantidade correcta. A atención moi boa. Moi ben de prezo.
