The Delfín Blanco restaurant is a place that is reminiscent of those few typical beach restaurants that remain in the Valencian Community, where in the 80s we used to go to eat good rice, with freshly brought starters from the fish market. And it doesn't disappoint: in our case we ordered fish fry, tellinas, Roman-style squid and fresh grilled tuna as starters, as we hadn't tried in a long time. To finish off a senyoret rice that we ate in the paella . Thank you very much Ángela for maintaining this place with such charm and with such good work. I hope you can continue for many years and we enjoy it .

When he was mentioned a possible health inspection, he said that since he was not going to carry the fritura that we could not report anything. I've never met someone more sapphire and fuller, because I knew perfectly well that I was serving fish in bad shape. if we added that we had to order the bread 6 times and that there were 5 slices of dry bread with an insufficient tomato poo for which we paid almost 4 euros, what we have is a Saturday for the served meal late and in poor condition. the owner said that we were the first to complain in the restaurant's history, but on the way to the car another table told us that his fish smelled rotten and had also returned it.
