Mcguinness' - Culdaff

This local restaurant is family owned and operated, offering a great selection of Guinness and a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat. We visited as my husband's grandfather was a regular, even after moving to Scotland. I've heard many lovely stories about McGuiness' and really had to visit during our stay in Culdaff. I wasn't disappointed! A fire on the go, regulars in each night and made to feel welcome; you can't ask for more. A good selection of drinks and the finest pint of Guiness I've ever seen poured. If I'm ever lucky to visit Culdaff again, I'd love to return to McGuiness' for a few drinks.

Was there to get the place ready for the reopening. fantastic outdoor seating area with its own bar area, an electric sliding roof only for the case that the rain becomes a problem. This family bar has been unbelievable in the McGuiness family since the 1700's I informed. wish the best to johnny and the whole McGuiness family.
