Pizza Pete's - Cudahy

We decided to give PizzaPetes another shot after our initial experience. The pizza, garlic bread, and chicken strips were tasty, but they arrived cold. The service really needs improvement. We placed our order at 6:11 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:00 PM. When we called to inquire about the delay, we received a rude response. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Absolutely terrible service! I placed a phone order for delivery and was told it would take 45-60 minutes, which I was fine with. However, after waiting 90 minutes, all I got was a busy signal. I tried calling again at the 2-hour mark, and once more, it was just a busy signal. I've now been waiting 3 hours and still can't talk to anyone. My family and I had hoped for a good meal, but it seems they just closed for the night instead. This is the second time this has happened to us. I've tried to call multiple times to find out what's going on, but each time I just get a busy signal. I've also disputed the charge with my credit card for a meal that I never received. It's been nearly a week, and I still can't get in touch with anyone. Avoid this place!

I always visit this place for Chicago-style pizza. The staff is friendly, and they create delicious pizzas with a variety of tasty toppings. My favorite is the Chicago-style spinach pizza.

First order of Pizza Pete Pizza was bigger, then I thought chicken was brilliant and the mot.sticks are crazy huge qi order again from them and a great thank you to Kim for the delivery...

Great food and great service. But they forgot 1 of my 2 items. Not a big deal but it also was a small, easy order to be able to get correct and I was low key looking forward to it ?. I don't have a working phone at the moment otherwise I would have called. Other than that, great place! Still enjoying TF out of their food and still going back??
