Maison Kayser Madero - Cuauhtémoc

Food and coffee is delicious, but the service I experienced was very unprofessional. The cashier was constantly greeting me, asking what I wanted, and then turning to chat with coworkers and ignoring me. I repeated my order 4 times because she wasn 't paying attention. When I asked a question about the menu because I apparently misunderstood a combo item, the cashier didn 't answer me, she just called back to the kitchen and started laughing about the gringo who didn 't know what he was ordering . I speak Spanish, and had been ordering in Spanish up to this point. She never clarified my question, she just cancelled the order and disappeared into the back. Another worker had to take my order from the top at that point. The food was good, but I never got the clarification I was asking for, so I ended up just settling for food that I didn 't really want; it was just included in the combo. If they had just explained up front, oh, those items aren 't included I would have been fine, but instead the lady just laughed with her colleagues, disappeared, and I was left confused, frustrated, and just wanting to leave at that point.

Hermosa cafetería, con una decoración limpia, luminosa, ordenada y hermosa, con mármol o acabados decorativos tipo mármol presentes. Los postres y panecillos atraen a cualquiera desde esa vitrina en la entrada. El café vale la pena, viene en tamaño super grande.

El café es muy rico. Buen lugar para llegar y descansar un rato

Cómo siempre la panadería del lugar es muy deliciosa. El lugar es pequeño pero cuenta con una pequeña barra para consumir ahí.

Muy rica la comida, solo es un poco incómodo comer ahí en el lugar
