Las Tapas de San Juan - Cuauhtémoc

If you find yourself wanting to know the full breadth of what Mexican Food is today, then you need to treat yourself to the cheese bar. You can either enjoy the market and finish off with a coffee at Triana (AMAZING) and some bites at...this little piece of heaven or just pick up a yummy sandwich. The other great part is that you could scan the market, buy some fruit and snacks and pick up a sandwich to to go- Go to Chapultepec park and relax! I really enjoyed the wonderful array of what they have to choose from and if you enjoy a blue cheese, they have a killer one! We experienced this on an Eat Mexico tour, so if you don't want to scout this out alone initially, this is a great introduction.

Alejandro was so nice. Offered samples of food and wine, so engaging. Was so impressed by his hospitality and in such a beautiful location.

My sister and I visited the San Juan Market several times and loved this tapas bar. Such fresh produce, great service and friendly staff. Had a long chat with Roberto one morning when we stopped by for some breakfast. It was great fun as Roberto...had not much English and my Spanish was a bit lacking, but we got on famously. A great way to spend a morning.

El comer una baguette de jamón serrano o cualquier charcutería mundial; de quesos importados de cualquier parte del mundo; Clásicos de Jamón York con queso manchego frnaces hace una gran diferencia y mas cunado esta delicia se consume en un mercado tradicional donde tambien puedes degustar jabali, cocodrilo, chapulines, escamoles o alacranes. Una visita obligada en la ciudad e México.

Hace unos dias vi publicado en la seecion del Reforma "Changarreando" el video de Las tapas de san Jaun, me quede "picado" y con la inención de visitarlo y vaya grta Sorpresa que me lleve hace pocos dias al ir por primra vez (espero no sea la última) y de entrda me atendíó Don Miguel con una generosa degustacion con muy buenos quesos y vinos, me atendió en la zoan VIP y aparte de la cálida bienvenida, la mejor sorpresa fue la calidad y sabor de las tapas que degustamos, sencillamente DELICIOSAS
