For a small, dark hole in the wall they make a really good falafel. the pita was soft and it had exactly the correct amount of salat, wobble, tomato and gurke. that also adds hummus and served with tahini. there is only one handful. place to find falafel in Mexico City, so I will return to King falafel.
The falafel was perfect, not great, but not terrible. the service was less than stellar and we were waiting for as if we were disturbed at the afternoon rest of the empty restaurant. While we were there, a few Americans came in and was told that no one speaks English, but they could come past the little Spanish they spoke. the food was perfect and was a nice break from the typical Mexican almost food, but if it has with someone who has more local taste, they offer some typical Mexican dishes as well as pastor and some caldos. cannot really say I recommend this place unless they really need a falafel patch. otherwise there are better friendly places to eat in the opposite.
They have a lunch special that includes soup or a salad and a drink and a kebab, but if you ask for it with falafel, they will make it with falafel instead. It is reasonably priced and the a la carte items are also reasonably...priced. I ate here twice and the falafel was good. It is not completely vegetarian, but they have vegetarian items.
Fair option for lunch. it is an unpredictable restaurant. falafel and canned soda will run for $6. they have a menu from Monday to Friday at lunchtime.
