The offer was promising: Go try the best wagyu burger in Mexico City. Of course I could not deny it. To avoid setbacks, I decided to make a reservation and invite my wife to dinner, since it was my wedding anniversary and I had learned that the hamburger was enough for 2 people to eat. When we arrived at the restaurant the smell of cigarettes was quite penetrating, but we did not give importance to it and we arranged to order. The hamburger, which by the way is not cheap (approximately $24.00USD), but in fact if it is very large, which compensates a part of the price. What definitely balances the price quality ratio, is the wonderful flavor of the dish, since the hamburger is really delicious and I totally recommend it. In order to close the evening, I decided to order a dessert that I had also been recommended and that was also giant: the carrot cake. The cake was also a delight in size and taste (the waiter told us that they imported it from the USA) and it shows in the price (approx $17.00USD). The service of the restaurant is very good and at times excessive, since the whole team is always very attentive of your needs. The big SURPRISE of the night was when, after having eaten half of the giant slice of the carrot cake, the waitress captain arrived with a slice of iced lemon pie, courtesy of the house, with the caption: Felicidades! in allusion to our anniversary. Thank you very much The Palm. Great detail the lemon pie courtesy, great team service and definitive an excellent Wagyu burger.

Caesar salad was very good, but Miso salmon was absolutely delicious. Service is average, but overall the atmosphere and location are great. Good value for your money.

Great place, clean, well kept, high ceilings and the staff was very attentive, friendly but very professional. Stopped by, in th he hotel, at 9pm for drinks and appetizers for the five of us. Super tasty plus big portions.

Solid choice. Service is outstanding. Food is great. Desserts are incredible. They offer a delicious Thanksgiving menu to go. Highly recommended.
