Alboa Prime - CUAJIMALPA DE MORELOS

The bar is an excellent place to watch a sporting event, and then enjoy a good game bowling, billard or ping pong. the cocktails are a joy!

This is the second time that I visited alboa prime entertainment, and the reason why I went back was because for the first time I had a very good experience watching the classic barcelona vs real madrid in the heart of this year. this time I would think I had the same experience as before, but it was absolutely a catastrophe since beginning. to begin, we came to the place at 4:00 o'clock wanting to play bowling. the two ladies said: “The next possible time would be at 18:00 and that we could only play 1 hour as the bowl closes at 19 o’clock.” I asked why the reason was and they said it was only time available. they clearly mentioned that the price for bowling would be $300 per hour, plus $39 per person for renting the shoes. because we were 6 adult, 1 youthful and two children, they also mentioned that due to the pandemic we would have to share our group in two, which was good with us. they asked us to return to 5:45 a.m. so that we would be able to play “on time” so we did. After we had asked the shoes and I had asked for some drinks, someone said that the price for bowling would be $650 per group that was more than twice the price that had originally been fixed. the manager came to talk to me because “This is her tulle” and he said I was wrong informed! Seriously? So if I was incorrectly informed, they should train their personal better and avoid that false information has been in the beginning. I stayed and played since I was with my family and tried to have a good time. I really do not like this type of service if they hide information and use it only if it is convenient for their business. you have not only released one more customers. This time, they lost loyalty, which makes a business successful. I would never return to this place again! and I really, really wish they have better signs with the right information about their services and prices so they don't blame the customer again!

We had a reservation around 19 o'clock and the management decided not to respect it, we received a message at 19:30 o'clock that it was canceled when we were already there. the existing immigrants were: they reserved themselves in another alboa, where is their confirmation. we have not confirmed it with a very bad job. Total

My local colleagues took us to Alboa for the mid afternoon football match ... and this place is absolutely amazing in terms of size and number of flat screen TVs for watching sports. It has all sorts of other entertainment including bowling lanes and a...concert stage. You can 't call this place a sports bar because it will blow away any traditional sports bar/pub your used to in the US or UK, or anywhere else in the world for that matter! But I can only give it a 3 out of 5 rating because the food and drink service was so horrible! One of the guys in our party did not get his lunch entree for at least 90 minutes after we ordered! First the waitress gave him mac and cheese which he did not order! And from that point forward it was a fiasco! Mind you, there was no language barrier, we were there with local business co-workers ... who after a while couldn 't believe the service either! The waitress we had dumped two cups of salsa on another person in our party! She kept saying the food would be coming in 5 minutes but that just turned into a revolving joke! At the end, she said she wouldn 't charge us for the late lunch entree, but upon review of the bill ... not only did she leave that entree on the bill, she had the mac and cheese we didn 't order, and several additional drinks which we didn 't order either! Wow! What a terrible experience ... it was so bad, its almost comical! But hey, if you 're in Mexico City and want to visit the Mecca of sports entertainment venues ... drop in to Alboa 's but just order beers and apps and be very patient!

We had such nice time! The place is absolutely gorgeous, design is very modern, you can see the money well spent on planing and decorating the restaurants. The food was excellent, average price for high end food in CDMX. We will definitely come back. A...must if you are in Santa fe and looking for quality food and a fun ambient.
