A fantastic place. the fertszs internet access is not available in 2022. The restaurant service is excellent. the service is good, the specialist works are outstanding. the foods are served by nafantasy and amazing mines.

We spent a week in a clean, tidy apartment, unfortunately, due to the lack of air conditioning, we could only sleep with the window open, which was not relaxing because the other guests don't care about each other at all. We woke up every morning at 7 a.m. to the yelling of unruly children and the barking of dogs, and they never managed to quiet down before midnight. Even though there is no air conditioning, they charged a daily fee for the fan that we requested. You also had to pay separately for parking. They are not big items, so if they were included in the basic price, the accommodation could still be rented out and there would be less of a feeling of being ripped off. Everyone was very nice except the mustang bar staff. There were about 4 people working at the bar, if you stood at the counter carefully, none of them looked at you for long minutes, only if you spoke several times did they react, they took the table away with a big pout and made you feel honored that you could buy an overpriced gyro from them. They served us without a single smile or an iota of kindness, and we didn't go many times. However, the restaurant staff was extremely kind and helpful. We came away with mixed feelings, many things were beautiful and good, but in other respects the situation is very Hungarian. It's a shame because it's in a beautiful place, the proximity of Hévíz and Keszthely is also great.

We loved going here. We have been vacationing here for years. But this year's horror and I don't think it will change. Unfortunately, more and more dog owners who call themselves animal lovers come and leave their dog alone in the room for half a day. We have experienced this elsewhere. She would rather take him to a boarding house where they will take care of the dog if he doesn't do it anymore. This is bad for the dog and for the other guests, who have to listen to dogs whining and barking because they were unfortunately locked up.
