The Crab Plant - Crystal River

Don't order the Lobster Roll ,it was horrible. It turned out to be a mixture of fish, shrimp and a little Lobster blended together like Tuna Fish on a roll. I won't order the Crab Cakes either. Not like Maryland. The two stars is just for what we have had there . I'm sure there are other good items on the menu.

We were a party of 13. Service was quick, attentive, and accurate. Food was yummy. Kid-friendliness: Our kids preferred to share the adult portions of shrimp and scallops linguini.

One of my families favorite spots to have a delicious meal. The view is beautiful, the servers take Wonderful care of their tables it's in the heart of our charming downtown Crystal River.

Our small group was impressed with the menu. Shrimp was the choice for apps. My blackened fish sandwich was delish. Crispy fries. Cash only. Good service and excellent food.

Today was a challenging day for me, as my visit to town was more for business than leisure. Craving fresh seafood, I decided to stop by the local crab plant, and I’m so glad I did! I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Britney, the amazing bartender, who made my experience truly special. She walked me through the menu and offered some excellent suggestions. I decided on the whole fried red snapper with a side of seared potatoes, paired with their homemade blue cheese dressing, and topped it off with a perfectly made strawberry mojito. This trip had been difficult, as I was alone and found the locals not particularly welcoming. I’d been mostly ordering in, but here, I felt safe, welcomed, and accepted. I even planned to order the same meal for dinner, but unfortunately, I didn’t make it in time. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.
