Mcdonald's - Crystal River

Breakfast meal that missed the mark. Ordered a sausage biscuit and received an egg McMuffin. And that McMuffin was very subpar. I really like the breakfast you can get here but they really failed this day. I will go back and hope they do it better.

I sat in line for a solid 20 minutes tonight. The sandwich I got is NOT what I paid for! McDonald's, you owe me money or my correct sandwich! I absolutely did not get 1 Bacon Cajun Ranch

I went through the drive through twice to get a small m&m mcflurry and vanilla ice cream in a cup and they did not answer through the drive through and didn’t answer us and we pulled up to the window and sit their for at least 5 minutes and they didn’t come to the window then after they came to the window they said that they didn’t hear us even though we sit their and tried to get their attention but never answered. i did not like their service or attitude with as i repeatedly asked for a cup and i got a cone.

Seems the drive thru no matter what time of day is always slow. I understand it's not gonna be ready immediately but when drive thru takes 25 minute wait times even with no customers in line is ridiculous

Often slow. No coupons for evaluation. The inside is closed in the afternoon
