Jimmy Johns - Crystal Lake

I've been coming here for 8 years, and they are the best! Today was the first time there was a mistake, and it wasn't even my fault. They not only remade my sandwich but also personally delivered it to me! They truly went above and beyond. Thank you!

I've been a loyal customer of Jimmy John's since they opened, and I absolutely love this place! The sandwiches are delicious, and I really enjoy their Jimmy Chips. Plus, the service is incredibly fast! I can park my car, go inside, grab a fresh and tasty sandwich along with some chips, and be back on my way quicker than if I went through the local McDonald's drive-thru—no exaggeration! The staff is fantastic, and I've never had a sandwich I didn't enjoy. I highly recommend it!

Excellent and friendly service! The restaurant is clean and offers the usual fresh JJ tea. Sometimes, when the craving hits, you just have to indulge in one of their subs. No "subs" for substitutions! I know, that pun was pretty bad.
