Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I drove all the way from Kenosha to try Freddy's after hearing so much about it online, and it was definitely worth the trip! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was even better. I would absolutely make another trip just to enjoy another meal there!

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. The staff is friendly, and they got my order right. However, it is always quite cold inside, and regardless of where you sit, there's a large fan blowing on you and your meal, which cools everything down quickly. This can be quite uncomfortable, especially during the winter months.

During my last two visits, I had to wait 20 minutes for a single meal.

Long longest wait. Excuse of short staffed.... didn't even bother waiting more then the 45 min.

I used to love Freddy's but it was just awful, rather just go to Wendy's or McDonald's now. The cheese on my fries were old and the employees were all dancing to music, that shouldn't be played.
