Chipotle Mexican Grill - Crystal Lake

I was in different chipotles and this was nice. Of course, this can change in the course of the time with various employees, but my portions were in front of location and that was not dry.

Eating is great and everyone is so nice. every time.

That looks like suppe. I work in the crystal lake, this is the worst experience of chipotle I have ever had with an online order. I asked for extra rice and there are hardly any creatures currently in this bowl I asked for extra beans there is none in this bowl. there are fewer than a sling of chickens. So what I suspect was my bowl had the end of the doses of food they serve. I didn't order during a busy time either. I will not return to this place during my lunch and leave my time missed.

This chipotle is quite fantastic. the app is easy to use for pickup, eating is almost always 5 stars and staff if generally friendly. I wasn't a chipotle fan, but this place changed my mind.

No complaints about the food whatsoever, but it's absolutely RIDICULOUS that when you call the restaurant it's an automated message and you can't speak to the restaurant!? I just wanted to ask for extra cheese since you can't specify on doordash and I couldn't even speak to a PERSON. Make us able to make specifications in the app or have real people answer the PHONE.
